Founder & General Manager
Khaldoon Rashid has over 18 years’ experience in legal profession & in providing legal advice. Before establishing (Reliance), Mr. Rashid has worked in a well-known prestigious law firms & leading Organizations specialized in Real-Estate, Investment & Banking and Healthcare. During his career, he was in charge for managing legal departments and was responsible for all the organization’s and its subsidiaries activities and legal affairs, inside and outside Kuwait.
His experience is varied between the provision of legal advice, preparation, establishing companies & SPVs, drafting and reviewing legal contracts in various fields including corporate, commercial, real estate development, construction, mergers & acquisitions, investment contracts, commercial agencies, conventional banking and Islamic Finance, BOT and Governmental Public-Private Partnership Projects (PPP). In addition, he is a member of the Jordanian Bar Syndicate since 2001.
Education
Mr. Rashid has a Bachelor degree in law from Applied Science University in Amman - Jordan, 1999. He also obtained his Master in Commercial Law from Aberdeen University - UK, in 2001
